Product Features

This product is a two-component high-solid intermediate coating with excellent filling properties, strong adhesion to both upper and lower layers, and fast drying speed. It is easy to sand and is particularly suitable for intermediate coating of various vehicles, enhancing the gloss and fullness of the topcoat.

Instruction

  • Before use, mix thoroughly according to the ratio, adjust viscosity to 16-18 seconds/4 cups at 25°C, spray 2 coats, with a film thickness of 25-45μm.

  • Flash dry for 10-15 minutes at 70-80°C, bake for 60 minutes, or air dry for 24 hours at 25°C.

  • The usable time after mixing the paint is 6 hours at 25°C.

Caustions

  1. It is not advisable to apply too thick a coat at once; each layer requires a certain flash-off time.
  2. To ensure the best spraying results, please use the corresponding hardener and thinner.
  3. The coating must be completely dry before sanding, otherwise issues like sandpaper sticking or sanding marks may occur.

The product shelf life is 1 year at 25°C. Expired products can be used if tested, at your own risk.
