Product Features

This product has good leveling properties, high gloss, excellent workability, and good weather resistance, making it suitable for both full vehicle painting and spot repairs for general automobiles.

Instruction

  • Before use, mix thoroughly according to the ratio, adjust viscosity to 16-18 seconds/4 cups at 25°C, spray 2 coats, with a film thickness of 35-50μm.

  • Flash dry for 10-15 minutes at 70-80°C, bake for 45 minutes, or air dry for 24 hours at 25°C.

  • The usable time after mixing the paint is 6 hours at 25°C.

Caustions

  1. It is not advisable to apply too thick a coat at once; each layer requires a certain flash-off time.
  2. To ensure the best spraying results, please use the corresponding hardener and thinner.
  3. Select different types of hardener and thinner based on the varying application temperatures and environmental conditions.

The product shelf life is 1 year at 25°C. Expired products can be used if tested, at your own risk.
